Mașină de sudat prin puncte



Descriere

Masina de sudat prin puncte MSP 25 este destinatã asamblarii pieselor din tabla cu grosimi pana la 2 mm, precum si a altor piese cu sectiuni mici (ex. sârmă O 4 mm) din oteluri obisnuite, aliate sau inoxidabile.
Instalatia electrica a masinii permite reglarea intr-o gama suficient de larga a parametrilor regimului de sudare pentru diferite materiale si sectiuni ale pieselor in cadrul domeniului de lucru al masinii.

Construcţia mecanică

Masina de sudat prin puncte este alcatuita din:
  • Batiu — format din subansamble sudate realizate din profile laminate — pe care sunt amplasate toate subansamblele componente in pozitia si la cotele stabilite in ansamblul general al masinii;
  • Mecanism de sudat prin puncte — compus din:
    • Brat superior — oscilant — care asigurä apropierea si strângerea pieselor intre electrozi in vederea sudurii, prin intermediul uneitije articulate intre pârghia bratului superior si cilindrul pneumatic;
    • Brat inferior — fix in timpul lucrului, dar care permite reglarea pozitiei pe verticala in vederea asigurärii ecartamentului de 180— 240 mm;
    • Cilindru pneumatic O63 - asigurä miscarea oscilanta a bratului mobil;
    • Port electrozi — montati pe cele doua bare (functie de necesitati, se pot schimba);
    • Electrozi pentru sudura — montati in port-electrozi;
  • Instalatia de racire brate si port electrozi;
  • Capacele de inchidere.
 

Instalaţia pneumatică

Este alcatuita din:
  • Grup de filtrare — ungere, cu regulator de presiune
  • Distribuitor 5/2 pentru comanda cilindrului pneumatic
  • Releu de presiune — pentru confirmarea strângerii
  • Conducte fiexibile pentru asigurarea legãturilor instalatiei

Instalaţia electrică şi electronică

Instalatia electrica si electronicä este dispusa in batiul masinii si este alcatuita din:
  • programatorul de sudura
  • instalatia electrica de forta
 

















                                              APARAT DE DEBITAT CU PLASMĂ                                          


                                      

Descriere

CUT 40 și CUT 60 reprezintă ultima tehnologie internațională de inversiune. Cu V-MOSFET, frecvența de 50/60Hz crește până la 100KHz, tensiunea electrică se reduce și curentul se schimbă apoi invertorul generează prin tehnologia PWM un curent de sudură alternativ foarte puternic. Deoarece curentul este transformat, volumul și greutatea transformatorului principal se reduc în mod substanțial iar eficiența crește cu 30%. Se poate folosi la o gamă largă de lucrări. Taie oțel inoxidabil, oțel aliat, oțel moale, cupru, și alte materiale din metal colorat.

Observații

Aparatul de debitat poate funcționa și în condiții aspre cum ar fi temperaturi de la -10 până la +40 garde C și la un nivel de umiditate maxim 80% dar nu trebuie utilizat sub razele directe ale soarelui. Aparatul trebuie să rămână uscat și nu se va folosi în medii cu concentrații mari de praf sau gaz coroziv.
